Our Therapy Services
Therapy with Pam aims to assist individuals who are experiencing a range of trauma, anxiety, and depression disorders. We aim to help overwhelmed minds find clarity and calm, whether you're dealing with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, or self-doubt, CBT can help you challenge and reframe these unhelpful beliefs. Pam is a skilled therapist, from whom you can learn practical strategies to build your self-esteem and develop a more positive self-image.
Initial Consultation
Before attending a therapy treatment session, I recommend attending a Free Initial Consultation. An Initial Consultation usually lasts 30 minutes and involves a discussion to assess your needs and difficulties. We will talk through your current situation, asking appropriate questions, and discuss your suitability for therapy.

Assessment Session
The first session helps us to get an understanding of what you are struggling with and how it is impacting your life. The session lasts 60 minutes and explores any relevant experiences from earlier in your life. At the end of the session, we will discuss what your goals are and I will outline what therapy is likely to involve in order to support you to move forward.

Therapy Session
Subsequent treatment sessions will last up to 50 minutes and repeat on a regular basis on time and day that suits you. A 'good' dose of CBT will usually involve 12-20. We start by forming a psychological formulation (shared understanding of what is maintaining your difficulties) and then explore ways to break the cycle of anxiety, trauma and depression.

Her Rise is a specialised programme designed to empower women to rise above trauma and life's challenges. Through a combination of targeted therapy and coaching, this programme helps you rediscover your inner strength, deepen self-trust, and build authentic, aligned relationships.
The purpose of Her Rise is to help women reconnect with their true selves by blending psychotherapy, life coaching, and holistic health. My approach is rooted in the belief that our mental health, hormonal balance, menstrual cycle, and feminine energy are deeply interconnected—and that healing happens when we honour the whole woman.
If you’ve been feeling unseen, stuck, or out of sync with your body—know that you’re not alone, and healing is possible. You don’t have to do it all on your own. Together, we’ll work toward a life that feels vibrant, connected, and powerfully yours.

In therapy, I believe in helping individuals feel seen whilst supporting them in reconnecting with themselves, considering body and mind, building confidence, and cultivating a deeper sense of self-understanding.
Together, we explore the mind-body connection — how emotions, stress, anxiety, depression, and past experiences can influence both physical and emotional wellbeing. Our work often focuses on finding balance, building healthy coping strategies, learning to work with your hormones and energy, managing overwhelm or pain, and nurturing a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and empowering. I believe that healing isn’t just about managing symptoms — it’s about helping you feel grounded, confident, and capable of advocating for your needs in all areas of life. I believe in helping you find real tools and techniques that support you to make changes with real results.
I’m especially passionate about supporting women through the unique challenges life throws at us, such as managing the emotional challenges that come along with endometriosis, PMDD, PCOS, fertility journeys, hormonal changes, and perinatal transitions. But ultimately, my work goes beyond these conditions — it’s about helping all women feel whole, connected, and at home in their bodies and offering a supportive safe space for you to explore your difficulties and feel heard.
Often these issues are inter-related to trauma, depressive and anxiety conditions like low self-esteem, anxious minds, OCD and perfectionism. I am here to help you untangle these links and provide a clear route to better wellbeing. As a lot of these experiences can be so isolating and difficult to navigate, I understand the importance of having the right support and someone who can understand your experience.
