My Background
I completed training for my BSc in Psychology in 2013. Following this, I then completed a Masters in Health Psychology. After obtaining my MSc, I also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in 2017 and have additional training in managing long term conditions.

Working in a variety of environments, creating a safe space for my clients, I have developed a wealth of experience over ten years - having now been in private practice since 2023.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy has a strong evidence base and is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence as a first line treatment for depressive and anxiety disorders. CBT is a collective approach, where we work together to help you reconnect to your authentic self through developing self awareness.
When I'm away from my clinic, I reconnect through cherishing the simple pleasures of life; I love travelling and embracing nature or taking time out in the countryside. I find fulfilment in feeling grounded and enjoy being with friends.
I have years of experience in helping individuals overcome low mood, anxiety, trauma, and confidence issues. Whether you are facing specific challenges or simply want to enhance your self-esteem, therapy can provide a supportive space for personal growth and self-discovery.
