I'm Pam — a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, and I work with women who are tired of shrinking.
Women who are burned out from people-pleasing. Who feel like they're living on a dysregulated nervous system. Who are intelligent, sensitive, and stuck in patterns they can see but can't seem to break — imposter syndrome, perfectionism, self-doubt, the weight of managing a chronic condition, or the exhaustion of never feeling good enough.
I've been there. I know what it's like to live in survival mode and to realize that the strategies you've been using to cope are the very things keeping you stuck.
That's why my work goes deeper than surface-level CBT.
I blend therapy, coaching, and health psychology to address the subconscious blocks, attachment patterns, and nervous system dysregulation that are actually driving the burnout and the self-sabotage. This isn't about managing symptoms or learning to "think more positively." It's about breaking the patterns at the root — so you can stop performing, stop shrinking, and start showing up as the woman you've been too afraid to be.
I work with women one-to-one, online, in two containers: The Breakthrough (6 weeks) and The 3-Month Intensive (for deep, lasting change). Both are designed for women who are ready to do the real work — not just talk about it.
When I'm not in session, you'll find me travelling, walking in the countryside, or spending time with the people I love. I believe in building a life that feels grounded, not just productive — and that philosophy shows up in everything I do.

I'm a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with women navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, and the deep patterns that keep them stuck.
